Y&R Spoilers: “I’M PREGNANT WITH BILLY’S CHILD” – Sally is shocked when Audra reveals the horrifying secret!

Billy Abbott is about to learn that getting what he wants may come at a devastating personal cost. After uncovering an old financial agreement involving John Abbott, Billy has declared that the Abbott family has a legitimate claim to Chancellor Industries.

But his aggressive pursuit of the company could put him on a collision course with Lily Winters, Cane Ashby, Victor Newman—and most importantly, his pregnant fiancée, Sally Spectra.

Billy confronts Lily and Cane with his discovery, insisting that an old, unpaid bailout from John Abbott gives the Abbotts grounds to challenge Chancellor’s ownership.

Lily and Cane immediately push back, accusing Billy of being obsessed and refusing to accept his interpretation of the documents.

Neither intends to surrender the company without a fight.

For Lily, Chancellor represents the stability she has desperately been trying to rebuild. Devon Winters has stepped away from the company, while Nate Hastings is preparing to return to his medical career, leaving Lily with enormous responsibility.

Her partnership with Cane has finally given her someone willing to stand beside her, making Billy’s attempted takeover especially threatening.

Cane, meanwhile, is hardly the type to back down. Having fought his way back into Chancellor, he has too much invested to simply hand the company over. A corporate battle now appears inevitable, and Cane could be willing to dig into Billy’s personal life to find leverage.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Lily Proves Loyalty To Devon By Walking Away From Chancellor-Winters - Soap Opera Spy

Billy seems almost intoxicated by the prospect of victory. After confronting Lily and Cane, he heads to the GCAC, where he encounters Audra Charles…

Rather than keeping his plans private, Billy proudly reveals the details of his strategy, including the old John Abbott bailout and his plans for Chancellor.

Audra listens carefully—but she isn’t celebrating.

Her concern is Sally.

Sally is currently away on a business trip, unaware that her fiancé has effectively launched another major conflict. She is also pregnant after previously suffering the devastating loss of her daughter, Ava, with Adam Newman. Audra has become an important source of support for Sally because she understands the pain of losing a child herself.

That makes Audra’s warning especially significant. She urges Billy to consider the consequences of his obsession with Chancellor and Cane, reminding him that Sally needs stability—not another corporate war.

Billy, however, refuses to listen. He genuinely seems to believe Sally will see his actions as securing a better future for their family.

That assumption could prove disastrous.

Sally has already made it clear that she wants a grounded partner, and Billy’s latest power play is exactly the kind of reckless behavior she has warned him against. Adding to the pressure, Billy previously exposed Sally’s secret deal involving Newman Media, helping provoke Victor Newman’s fury and forcing Sally into an increasingly complicated situation with Adam.

Now another crisis is waiting for her when she returns to Genoa City.

With Lily and Cane preparing to fight, Billy becoming increasingly consumed by his need to win, Audra anticipating disaster, and Sally unaware of the latest explosion, the Chancellor battle is only beginning. The biggest question may not be whether Billy can take the company—but whether he can hold on to Sally and his family once the consequences arrive.
