Gus Confronts Javi
Javi (Jacob Martinez) must be over the moon that Leo (Greg Rikaart) is safe and sound, but learning he was left behind in Alamainia with Dimitri (Peter Porte) was definitely not the update he wanted. Luckily, the nightmare ends when Leo shows up back in Salem, and Javi is thrilled to see him in one piece.
However, Javi’s constant, nagging worry for his ex isn’t doing his current relationship any favors. Gus (Michael Ocampo) is clearly feeling jealous, and rather than sitting back and watching the exes play out their drama, he decides to confront Javi once and for all.
Champagne for Leo and Gwen
While Gus and Javi hash things out, Leo is back on home turf and beyond relieved to be reunited with Gwen (Emily O’Brien).
Gwen couldn’t be happier to have her bestie back. She was worried sick about him being stranded in Alamainia with Dimitri, so now that he’s safe, she is ready to celebrate in true Gwen fashion—pop the champagne!
Stephanie Seeks Out Chad as Joy Faces Paralysis

Feeling pushed to the edge, Stephanie turns to her ex, Chad (Conner Floyd), to vent and get some support.
While Stephanie is leaning on Chad, Alex is sticking right by Joy’s side at the hospital. Unfortunately for Joy, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) drops some deeply disappointing and life-altering medical news. She is looking at potential paralysis.
