Tuesday’s episode of Days of Our Lives brings a major return to Salem as Jack Deveraux comes back with his children. The biggest development is Jack’s return to Salem. Matthew Ashford reprises his role as Jack Deveraux, and this time he is not returning alone. Thomas and Charlotte are also back, with Cole Gersmeyer and Pippa Blaylock taking over the roles.

Jack’s first major move is to reach out to Gwen.

Their relationship has always been complicated, especially because Jack was absent for much of Gwen’s life. Now that he has another opportunity to be there for his daughter, Jack appears determined to make things right. But Gwen may not immediately know whether she can trust his intentions.

Chad’s situation is becoming increasingly complicated.

With Thomas and Charlotte back in Salem, he is thrilled to have his children home. However, the circumstances surrounding their return could create additional family drama, particularly as Chad continues dealing with complicated relationships and unresolved issues.

Elsewhere, Gabi gives Javi advice about Leo.

Javi has struggled to deal with everything that happened between him and Leo, but his feelings may not have disappeared completely. Gabi recognizes that Javi is still emotionally conflicted and encourages him to think carefully before making another decision.

Could Javi be considering giving Leo another chance?

If so, Gabi’s advice may help him understand what he really wants. But getting involved with Leo again could also bring Javi back into the dangerous mess surrounding Dimitri and the events that nearly destroyed their relationship.

Philip also makes an important move.

Philip approaches Xander with a pitch, but the exact nature of the proposal could have major consequences for both men. Their complicated history means that even a seemingly reasonable business idea could quickly become another source of conflict.

Meanwhile, Sarah and Brady share a more positive moment as they reaffirm their love. After so much turmoil in Salem, their emotional connection provides a brief moment of stability.
