General Hospital’s 3 Disastrous Character Transformations – GH Fans Complain About These Big Changes

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some characters have undergone overhauls that haven’t been popular with viewers.

Social media has been filled with complaints when it comes to certain Port Charles residents and the direction they’ve been going in.

With that in mind, we should talk about three disastrous character transformations.

There are at least three PC dwellers who have changed to fit their storylines, but some GH fans wish the show would change them back!

1) Jason

Ever since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) came home from his WSB imprisonment in Jakarta, many viewers just aren’t loving him as a character anymore.

We get that Jason was traumatized and applaud him for wanting to be a better dad, but he’s become rather dull.

Jason got out of the mob and is sporting a different style of clothes these days.

All traces of the old Jason are being removed to make way for this new one, but who even is Jason at this point?

It’s good that the show’s shifting Jason out of action hero mode since he couldn’t stay there forever, but he’s become boring in the process.

Jason’s romance with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) seems to be faltering as well, so there must be something the show can do to overhaul Jason in a more exciting way.

2) Josslyn

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has undergone a character transformation of her own in recent years, so that’s led to her personality getting stripped away.

Instead of being a well-rounded character, Josslyn just exists to be a WSB agent and lash out at those who oppose her.

Josslyn’s scenes usually consist of her being outraged, smug or both, so there’s no variety when it comes to the character these days.

Some fans miss when Josslyn was more than just her WSB status and hope the show might fix that eventually.

3) Anna

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) understandably has PTSD after everything she’s been through, but her storyline has still been unpopular with fans.

After months of Anna being sidelined and locked up because of mental health drama , “Peter August” (Wes Ramsey) invaded the story next and has been messing with Anna’s head even more.

It’d be nice to see Anna get the help she needs and finally act more like herself again.

That’ll happen eventually, but viewers will have to suffer through these Peter visions in the meantime.

Let’s hope that maybe when this arc wraps up, it’ll be the last we see of Peter in any form!
