That could be exactly what happens with Willow. After spiraling into paranoia, manipulation, and increasingly ruthless decisions, Willow has become one of the most dangerous people in Port Charles.
She has drugged her husband, protected dark secrets involving Drew, and tried to silence anyone who could expose her. Yet her next reckless decision may completely change how everyone sees her.
Willow is already barely holding herself together. A spiked drink has left her physically impaired and mentally unstable, while her fear of being exposed continues to grow.
