Today, we are diving straight into the latest Salem chaos because Sarah Horton may have just put herself and her entire family directly in the crosshairs of the DiMeras.

The anonymous FDA complaint against DiMera Pharmaceuticals was already dangerous, but now that George has figured out Sarah was the whistleblower, things could get seriously ugly.

Sarah made the decision to file the complaint after the heartbreaking death of her patient Destiny, who died after taking tainted pills. As a doctor, Sarah has been struggling with guilt and believes she has a responsibility to seek justice.

She may have thought that filing anonymously would protect her, but Salem has never been a place where secrets stay hidden for long. George quickly connected the dots and realized Sarah was behind the complaint.

And now Johnny DiMera is trapped in the middle of the mess. George reminds him that as co-CEO of DiMera Enterprises, Johnny cannot simply pretend he has nothing to do with the scandal.

If the FDA investigation connects the company to the illegal dumping, Johnny could face devastating consequences along with EJ and George. Johnny may not have personally ordered anything, but his position puts him directly in the danger zone.

Then George makes the situation even more frightening. Instead of waiting for the authorities, he suggests that they retaliate against Sarah and somehow force her to withdraw the complaint. And this is where the possibility of Victoria being targeted enters the story.
