Monday’s episode of General Hospital opens a tense new week in Port Charles as several dangerous plans begin moving forward. Drew becomes increasingly desperate to protect himself, Ava prepares to take another major risk, and Alexis continues putting pressure on Willow. Meanwhile, Josslyn refuses to let anyone interfere with the decision she has made about her future.

The biggest development involves Drew.

Drew has already crossed several serious lines in his campaign for revenge, but his problems are about to become even worse. Rather than stepping back, he becomes involved in another criminal act while attempting to cover up evidence connected to something he has already done.

Drew believes he is protecting himself.

However, every attempt to erase the evidence creates another potential problem. The more he tries to control the situation, the more suspicious his behavior becomes.

Drew may soon discover that covering up one crime can create an entirely new crime.

Meanwhile, Ava prepares for another dangerous move.

Ava has been helping Drew with his plan against Brennan, even though she has her own reasons for wanting to stay close to Sonny and protect her interests.

Now her scheme begins to take shape.

Ava knows that she is playing a dangerous game. If her target realizes what she is planning, the entire situation could turn against her. But Ava is confident that she can manipulate the circumstances to her advantage.

The problem is that Drew may be asking too much from her.

If Ava’s plan fails, she could be left taking the blame for actions that were never truly hers.

Elsewhere, Alexis continues putting pressure on Willow.

Alexis knows that Willow is hiding information that could have enormous consequences. With new information coming to light, Alexis may decide that threatening Willow is the only way to force her to tell the truth.

Willow is determined to protect herself.

But Alexis has become increasingly difficult to intimidate. If she follows through with her threat, Willow could lose control of the situation very quickly.

Meanwhile, Josslyn refuses to back down.

Josslyn has made it clear that she wants to take control of her own future, but Carly remains concerned about the dangers surrounding her decision. Josslyn does not want her mother interfering.

She demands that Carly respect her choice.

Josslyn’s determination could create another emotional confrontation between mother and daughter. She believes she is finally ready to prove that she can handle major responsibilities on her own.

At the same time, Curtis faces a difficult situation in prison.

Sidwell’s presence makes Curtis’s time behind bars even more complicated. Their history guarantees that Curtis cannot simply ignore him, and Sidwell may be determined to make Curtis pay for past decisions.

Elsewhere, the upcoming auction of Sidwell’s assets begins creating a new power struggle. Drew and Sonny could soon find themselves competing for valuable pieces of Sidwell’s empire.
