The Reason Rocco & Scout Ran Away & Witnessed Something Unexpected. General Hospital Spoilers

Port Charles is about to face another shocking twist as Rocco and Scout decide they have had enough of the adults controlling their lives. Both teenagers have been dealing with family problems, and their growing friendship may soon turn into something much more serious.

Scout has been miserable since Drew decided she should stay away from Danny and several other members of her family.

She feels trapped.

Drew insists that he is only protecting his daughter, but Scout does not see it that way. She believes her father is taking away her freedom and refusing to listen to what she actually wants.

Rocco understands her frustration.

He has also been struggling with his own parents. After everything that happened with Britt and the truth surrounding Cullum, Rocco has found it increasingly difficult to feel understood by Lulu and Dante.

That is why Scout turns to Rocco.

The two teenagers have discovered that they can talk honestly with each other without being judged. Their friendship has become a safe place for both of them, especially when neither feels comfortable talking to their parents.

Then Scout makes a bold decision.

After Drew changes their plans and continues trying to control who she can see, Scout secretly meets Rocco. Instead of going straight home, the two decide to disappear for a while.

They want some freedom from the adults who keep making decisions for them.

Rocco and Scout may accidentally find themselves in the middle of something they were never supposed to see.

The teenagers could witness a secret meeting involving one of Port Charles’ most dangerous adults. What they see could leave them shocked and force them to realize that their family problems are much bigger than they thought.

Rocco immediately understands that they cannot simply tell everyone what happened.

If the wrong person discovers that the teenagers witnessed the secret, both of them could become targets.

Scout may also realize that running away has put Rocco in danger.

Meanwhile, Drew is likely to panic when he discovers that Scout is missing.

His first reaction could be anger.

He may assume that Jason or Danny had something to do with her disappearance. Drew’s obsession with protecting Scout has already created serious conflict, and this latest incident could push him even further.

Lulu and Dante will also be desperate to find Rocco.
