Wednesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful brings another round of emotional confrontations to Los Angeles. Dylan refuses to back down when Katie continues questioning her relationship with Will, while Sheila sees an opportunity to get closer to Deacon again. Meanwhile, R.J. and Electra receive encouraging news that could change their future at Forrester Creations.

The biggest confrontation involves Dylan and Katie.

Katie remains convinced that Dylan is not the right person for Will. She believes her son is making a serious mistake by becoming involved with Dylan so soon after his heartbreak with Electra.

But Dylan has had enough of the accusations.

She refuses to let Katie portray her as someone who is only interested in Will because of his family’s money. Dylan insists that her feelings are genuine and that she has every right to make her own decisions.

Will also continues defending Dylan.

He does not appreciate Katie interfering in his personal life, especially when he believes his relationship is sincere. The argument could therefore create an even bigger divide between Will and his mother.

Katie, however, refuses to change her mind.

She suspects there is much more to Dylan than she has revealed. Her determination to uncover the truth could eventually lead her toward secrets Dylan has been trying to keep hidden.

Meanwhile, Sheila sees a new opportunity with Deacon.

Sheila has learned that Taylor rejected Deacon’s marriage proposal, and she immediately sees a weakness she can exploit. Sheila reminds Deacon that Taylor has married Ridge several times in the past, questioning why Taylor would refuse to marry him now.

Deacon insists that marriage is not necessary for him to have a future with Taylor.

But Sheila is not convinced.

She believes Taylor’s rejection could eventually create distance between the couple. If their relationship begins to weaken, Sheila may see an opening to win Deacon back.

Sheila is still deeply attached to Deacon.

Even though their marriage has fallen apart, she does not appear ready to give up. The latest development gives her another reason to believe that she may eventually have a second chance.

Elsewhere, R.J. continues working to prove himself at Forrester Creations.

Ridge has already been impressed by his son’s idea for a new youth fashion line. Now R.J. wants to demonstrate that he can do more than simply present creative ideas.

He wants to establish his own reputation.

R.J. also sees Electra as an important part of the new project. Their professional partnership could give both of them an opportunity to make a bigger impact in the fashion world.

The encouraging news they receive could finally bring R.J.’s vision closer to reality.

But success will come with enormous pressure. R.J. knows that working alongside Ridge and his grandfather means constantly being compared with some of the most successful designers in the Forrester family.

Meanwhile, the secret involving Steffy and Carter continues to threaten the family. Their hidden relationship is moving closer to exposure, with Friday expected to bring another major development.
