Brennan finally told Ava the truth before she ꭰꮖꭼꭰ General Hospital Spoilers
The latest developments in Port Charles are pushing Ava Jerome into one of the most dangerous situations of her life.
What began as a calculated partnership with Drew Kane has now spiraled into a deadly nightmare, leaving Ava trapped between a murder investigation, a devastating secret, and the possibility that a supposedly dead enemy is secretly watching her every move.

Ava agreed to help Drew neutralize Jack Brennan so that Drew could access crucial blackmail material, but her plan at the Metro Court went horribly wrong.
She slipped a powerful sedative into Brennan’s drink, intending only to incapacitate him. Instead, the drug triggered a fatal reaction, and Brennan collapsed and died before Ava could understand what was happening.
Now Ava is terrified because Brennan took a massive secret to his grave. Just before the fatal reaction, he revealed that Cesar Faison was actually alive.
The man who had once impersonated Nathan West had supposedly survived and was now working in the shadows for Z’s criminal organization. Ava immediately realized the importance of this information, but revealing it could also expose her own involvement in Brennan’s death.
She cannot simply tell Nina Reeves or Liesl Obrecht that Faison is alive without explaining how she learned such classified information. If she admits Brennan told her moments before dying, investigators could quickly place her at the center of the crime.
The situation becomes even more dangerous because Drew is already attempting to manipulate the investigation. Rather than accepting responsibility for his role in the events surrounding Brennan, Drew is reportedly trying to redirect suspicion toward Nina.
Ava now faces an agonizing choice. She could remain silent and allow Nina to become the target of a murder investigation, or she could confess what really happened and risk losing her freedom, her reputation, and her relationship with her daughter Avery.
Meanwhile, strange events around the Jerome Art Gallery are making Ava increasingly paranoid. She feels watched, notices unexplained disturbances, and begins wondering whether Faison has secretly returned to Port Charles. If he really is working for Z, he could possess surveillance information capable of destroying Ava.
Worse, he might already know exactly what happened at the Metro Court. That would completely reverse the balance of power.

Ava believes she possesses valuable information about Faison, but if he knows about her role in Brennan’s death, he possesses something far more dangerous: the ability to expose her.
What makes this storyline so compelling is that Ava has no obvious escape. She never intended to kill Brennan, but intent may mean very little once the PCPD uncovers the evidence. Every decision she makes could create another piece of evidence against her.
Meanwhile, Drew’s attempts to protect himself could leave Nina fighting for her freedom while Ava struggles with the guilt of remaining silent.
Ava Jerome has survived countless betrayals, criminal schemes, and dangerous enemies, but this time she may have finally created a trap from which even she cannot escape. With Brennan dead, Faison possibly alive, Drew manipulating the investigation, and Nina unknowingly placed in danger, Port Charles is heading toward an explosive confrontation.
The biggest question now is whether Ava will finally tell the truth—or protect herself until the truth destroys everyone around her.
