Tuesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful brings Carter and Steffy’s secret closer to being exposed. Daphne has started noticing that something is not right between Carter and Steffy, while Finn is forced to confront a painful reality that could change the way he sees his marriage.

The biggest danger comes from Daphne.

Carter has been desperately trying to behave normally since his secret night with Steffy. He knows that one wrong move could destroy his marriage and his friendship with Ridge.

But Daphne is beginning to notice.

She may not know exactly what happened, but Carter’s behavior is different. His nervousness, strange reactions and emotional distance could make Daphne wonder whether he is hiding something from her.

Carter has every reason to panic.

He cannot afford for Daphne to start asking too many questions. If she discovers that he slept with Steffy, the consequences could be devastating.

Steffy is equally worried.

She has agreed to keep their secret hidden, but she is struggling with guilt. Every time she looks at Finn, she is reminded of what she has done.

Now Daphne’s suspicions could make everything even more dangerous.

If Daphne confronts Carter directly, he may have no choice but to come up with an explanation. But lying to his wife could create another problem if she later discovers the truth.

Meanwhile, Finn faces a harsh reality.

Finn has been trying to repair his relationship with Steffy after everything they have endured. He wants to believe that their marriage can survive the latest crisis.

But he may finally realize that things are not as simple as he hoped.

Finn has already spoken about how secrets can destroy marriages. His words have made Steffy extremely uncomfortable because she knows that she is hiding something enormous from him.

The irony is painful.

Finn believes he is rebuilding his marriage while Steffy is secretly carrying guilt over her betrayal.

If Finn discovers the truth, his reaction could be explosive.

He could feel betrayed not only by Steffy but also by Carter, someone he never expected to become involved with his wife.

Ridge would also be devastated.

Carter is one of Ridge’s closest friends, and Steffy is his daughter. The revelation could therefore destroy multiple relationships within the Forrester family at once.

Meanwhile, Dylan’s family drama continues to build.

Katie has demanded to meet Dylan’s mother, Darcy, after learning more about Dylan’s relationship with Will. Dylan is now under pressure to convince Katie that she should not interfere in her relationship.

But Darcy’s arrival in Los Angeles could change everything.

Dylan knows there are things about her past that she needs to explain to her mother, and the conversation could expose information that Katie never expected to hear.

For now, however, all eyes remain on Carter, Steffy and Daphne.
