FULL General Hospital 7-24-2026 Spoilers | GH Friday, July 24 | 2026
General Hospital spoilers for Friday promise one of the most explosive days Port Charles has seen in months as multiple storylines collide with devastating consequences. At the center of the chaos is Drew Kane, whose enemies are rapidly running out of options.
Willow desperately believes she can still control the situation without resorting to permanent violence, insisting that the missing evidence and Jack Brennan’s behind-the-scenes influence will be enough to keep Drew silent. Nina, however, has completely lost her patience.

Terrified that Drew will recover fully and expose everything, she ignores Willow’s desperate warnings and takes matters into her own hands. She transports the still-weakened Drew to a secluded lakeside dock, convinced she can intimidate him before he regains his strength.
What Nina never expects is for Drew to suddenly speak. After days of appearing helpless, he opens his eyes and calmly addresses her, sending pure panic racing through her body.
The realization that Drew is recovering far faster than expected changes everything in an instant. A desperate struggle follows at the edge of the water, and moments later Drew plunges into the lake.
Whether he accidentally loses his balance or whether Nina intentionally shoves him into the water remains the biggest mystery of the day. As Drew disappears beneath the surface, Nina stands frozen in horror, realizing she may have crossed a line that can never be undone.
Meanwhile, another dangerous battle is unfolding far away from the lakeside as Michael Corinthos launches a stunning corporate power play.
Already manipulating events surrounding Willow’s personal life, Michael now shifts his focus toward Deception Cosmetics after receiving an unexpected proposal from Maxie Jones.
Although Maxie remains away from Port Charles, she continues influencing major business decisions from afar. Michael wastes no time arranging a confidential meeting with Alexis Davis, determined to secure an airtight legal agreement that would place Maxie’s shares under his control.
His move threatens to completely reshape the balance of power inside Deception, creating panic among the company’s leadership. Tracy Quartermaine immediately recognizes the danger and explodes with rage.
Convinced that Lucy Coe is secretly manipulating Maxie through emotional pressure involving young James West, Tracy unleashes a brutal confrontation filled with accusations and personal attacks. She believes Lucy is willing to exploit a grieving child if it helps her gain control of the company.
As tempers flare, the corporate war reaches a boiling point, with Michael quietly positioning himself as the ultimate winner.
Elsewhere, Sonny Corinthos faces an equally emotional crisis involving his family. Setting aside his ongoing conflict with Jenz Sidwell, Sonny seeks out his grandson Rocco Falconeri for a deeply personal conversation. Rather than condemning the frightened teenager, Sonny admits he knows the shocking truth about Ross Cullum’s shooting. He understands that Rocco pulled the trigger and also recognizes the enormous emotional burden the young
man now carries. Sonny offers unconditional support, reminding Rocco that he will never face the consequences alone.
The heartfelt conversation strengthens the bond between grandfather and grandson, but it also reinforces the dangerous conspiracy surrounding the shooting.
Unfortunately, that conspiracy is beginning to collapse. Laura Collins knows the missing evidence surrounding the Spoon Island shooting cannot stay hidden forever.
She urgently warns Dante Falconeri that investigators are getting dangerously close to uncovering the truth. Missing reports, vanished records, and suspicious inconsistencies are attracting unwanted attention, and Laura fears both she and Dante could face serious legal consequences if the cover-up is exposed.
Their greatest threat comes from Anna Devane, who has resumed her role as police commissioner with renewed determination. Anna immediately recognizes signs of official corruption and becomes convinced someone inside the department deliberately erased critical evidence.
Refusing to let the mystery remain unsolved, she recruits Harrison Chase to lead the investigation. Desperate to rebuild his damaged career, Chase eagerly accepts the assignment, unaware that following the evidence could ultimately implicate Dante, Laura, Sonny, and even innocent members of their own families.
As Friday’s episode unfolds, Drew fights for his life beneath the water, Nina struggles with overwhelming guilt, Michael expands his corporate empire, and Anna unknowingly moves one step closer to exposing the biggest cover-up Port Charles has seen in years.
