Sonny’s Secret Mole Within The WSB – The Brotherhood Of Sonny, Ric, & William GH Spoilers

Port Charles is already drowning in danger, but a much bigger conspiracy may be hiding beneath the chaos. While Jen Sidwell’s revenge traps, the fallout surrounding Ross Cullum, and the WSB’s desperate attempts to contain their own mistakes dominate the headlines, Sonny Corinthos appears almost completely untouchable.

He continues moving through Port Charles with remarkable confidence, even while powerful agencies close in around him. But what if Sonny’s protection has nothing to do with luck?

What if someone inside the WSB has been protecting him for decades?

That possibility becomes especially intriguing with William’s rumored arrival in Port Charles. Officially, William is supposed to be a new WSB agent assigned to investigate the Jack Brennan situation and deal with the fallout from Ross Cullum’s disastrous cold-fusion project. On paper, he should be another highly trained agent determined to restore order.

But what if his real mission is much more personal?

One theory suggests William could secretly be connected to Sonny by blood. Perhaps he is a hidden brother, cousin, or another close relative who was deliberately kept away from the Corinthos criminal world. Instead of becoming another mob soldier, William could have been positioned inside international intelligence, giving Sonny access to information that no ordinary criminal could obtain.

That theory would completely change the way we look at Sonny’s decades-long ability to survive WSB investigations.

Every time the agency gets close, Sonny seems to know what is coming. Raids fail. Evidence disappears. Investigations collapse. Informants somehow become ineffective. While that could simply be Sonny’s legendary instincts, the possibility of an insider makes his survival far more sinister.

And Jack Brennan could be the key to exposing everything.

Brennan knows where plenty of secrets are buried, and if he becomes desperate enough, he could begin trading classified information to protect himself. William may therefore have a reason to control exactly what Brennan tells Anna Devane or the WSB leadership.

If William really is Sonny’s secret connection, one careless conversation could expose an enormous pipeline of information that has allegedly protected the Corinthos organization for years.

Meanwhile, Anna is already noticing disturbing inconsistencies at the PCPD. Missing files and questionable evidence surrounding the pier shooting suggest that something may be seriously wrong inside law enforcement.

At first, Anna could believe she is dealing with an isolated cover-up. But what if the corruption reaches much higher?

Sonny's Growing Distrust of Ric on General Hospital May Reach a Breaking Point

Could Sonny have people inside the PCPD, FBI, and WSB?

If so, Port Charles would be facing an invisible war where Sonny does not need an army of enforcers because information itself has become his most powerful weapon.

That could also explain why Jason Morgan is finally able to consider walking away from the mob. Sonny may no longer need Jason to fight every battle personally if his greatest advantage is intelligence and influence.

Even Justine Turner could be unknowingly caught in the middle. She believes she is dating a powerful man who has managed to stay relatively clean, but she may have no idea how much could be happening behind the scenes.

For now, William’s alleged connection to Sonny remains only a wild theory. Nothing confirms that they are related or that William has ever protected Sonny. But if General Hospital takes this storyline in that direction, the revelation could completely rewrite Sonny’s history.

Is William really Sonny’s secret cousin and the ultimate WSB mole? Or is something even bigger hiding behind his mysterious arrival in Port Charles?

One thing is certain: the shadow war may have only just begun.
