Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, September 14: Jack Abbott Collapses in Fake Heart Attack Sting
Young and the Restless spoilers Monday, September 14: Jack Abbott fakes a heart attack to trap Patty Williams, but Patty has her own plans.
Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, September 14 put Jack Abbott flat on his back at Society, gasping through what looks like a heart attack. It isn’t one. Jack is faking it to lure escaped Patty Williams out of hiding, and Peter Bergman sells it so well that diners cry.

Billy Abbott calls an ambulance, Kyle Abbott rushes over with water, and Jack’s wife, Diane Jenkins Abbott, begs him to hold on. Billy and Kyle later admit it felt a little too real. Billy just hopes the police are ready this time.
At the hospital, the curtain drops. Diane calls his performance Oscar worthy, and Detective Burrow and a team of off-duty paramedics are in on the plan. But the fake emergency drags Diane back to finding Jack bleeding on the floor after Patty stabbed him in July.
When a tray clatters to the floor, Diane panics. She wants to know how many more times they can survive this woman before Patty kills them. Jack is sure Patty will take the bait because she needs closure, and anyone following the latest Y&R scoop knows Patty never lets a grudge go.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Smells Patty All Over Matt Clark
At the Riverbank Motel, Phyllis Summers can’t figure out who talked Matt Clark out of their plan. Victor Newman? No, Victor doesn’t wear perfume. The scent in that room gives her a headache, and she knows exactly whose it is.
Matt Clark comes clean. Patty turned up after her escape, found him by following Phyllis, and knows all about their “super hot connection.” She told him Phyllis will stab him in the back again and that redemption is impossible, and Matt isn’t sure she’s wrong.
Phyllis says Patty only wants to drag out his darkest side and make him her partner in crime. Trust me, not a psycho, she tells him. Then she pitches a new idea: make Patty pay in a way that turns them both into heroes. Matt Clark worries they’re playing with fire, but Phyllis swears only Patty gets burned.
Is Jack Abbott Faking His Heart Attack on Young and the Restless?
Yes. Jack’s collapse is a setup, and the circle keeps growing. At Crimson Lights, Sally Spectra asks her ex, Adam Newman, for a favor she calls life or death. Adam assumes it’s about the baby, but it isn’t.
Sally tells him Patty escaped, and Adam insists his father had nothing to do with it. Newman Media is already chasing a Patty story, so Sally wants it spun: lean into Patty’s obsession with Jack and report a heart attack. Coming from Newman Media, it won’t smell like a trap.

Here is what nobody in the Abbott camp sees coming. Adam agrees to plant the story, then heads to the Newman ranch and tells Victor it’s all a ruse. Victor wonders how Patty’s fixation on Jack could be exploited and asks Adam to keep him posted. Adam warns this could make things bad with Nikki Newman again, and Victor won’t back down.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Patty Confides in Mr. Kitty and Sets Her Sights on Matt Clark
Meanwhile, Stacy Haiduk’s Patty hides out in an alley with her old confidant, Mr. Kitty. She was ready to leave town, but her call with Jack changed her mind. It sounded like he wanted to let bygones be bygones.
She wants to pry Matt Clark away from Phyllis, whom she calls a control freak, and use him for her dirty work so she can still be redeemed. First she has to get Jack away from his “witchy wife,” and she admits that may take some drugging.
Then she reads her own headlines to the cat, thrilled to be trending. When she finds the story about Jack being rushed to the hospital, she decides Diane is the one who should be six feet under. Right on cue, Matt Clark calls, claims a change of heart, and invites her to his motel.
