Nate (Sean Dominic) and Stephanie’s (Vivica A. Fox) budding romance is on hold just as it’s getting started. Fox is taking a break from her role as Dr. Stephanie Simmons to film the Netflix comedy Women Like Us, starring Whoopi Goldberg, Jenifer Lewis and Vanessa Williams.
Fox shared the news on Instagram thanking the soap for their “awesome luv n support”, while adding the hopeful words, “until next time.” The actress is onscreen this week. She airs on Wednesday, September 16. Fox spoke out about her emotional return to Y&R last April.
Kate Linder pops in as Esther Valentine. She has scenes with Michael Mealor’s Kyle at Crimson Lights on Wednesday, September 16.
Roger Howarth is back as Matt Clark. He interacts with Michelle Stafford’s Phyllis on Tuesday, September 15. He also shares scenes with Stafford, Sharon Case’s Sharon and Joshua Morrow’s Nick on Friday, September 18.
