Amber Moore Returns With Katherine’s Deadliest Chancellor Secret | Young & Restless Spoilers
Friday’s episode of The Young and the Restless (recapped here) dropped in an eyebrow-raising reference to a character who hasn’t been seen or heard from in more than a decade: Amber Moore. “Who’s that?” you ask.
As Sally reminded us, the pot-stirrer, who was introduced on Bold & Beautiful in 1997, helped Katherine write her memoir, I’m Going to Live ’Til I Die.
In other words, if anyone would know the details of the Abbott/Chancellor deal that’s become such a bone of contention between Lily, Cane and Billy, it’s probably Amber. Now, whether the vixen would be honest about what she knows, that’s another question altogether.

You’ll recall that, after befriending Amber, Katherine began dreaming that decades earlier she’d switched nemesis Jill’s newborn Phillip with another baby — meaning Jill’s ill-fated son was still alive out there somewhere. Once Amber located the real Phillip — Cane Ashby (or so we all thought until 2009) — she conned him into thinking they’d married.

Yeah, Amber was always looking to cash in. (She did the same on Bold & Beautiful, where she seduced her way into the wealthy Forrester family.) She and Lily vied for Cane’s affections for a spell, but we all know how that turned out, don’t we?

Also during her time in Genoa City, Amber became good pals with Michael’s brother Kevin, did her best to fend off Deacon Sharpe (who’d stalked her all the way from Bold & Beautiful) and enticed Daniel away from then-wife Lily with what amounted to her own pre-OnlyFans OnlyFans page.
Amber and Daniel’s subsequent marriage came crashing down when he was targeted by an even bigger schemer than her: Sheila Carter’s daughter, Daisy.
At that point, Amber hit the road, taking with her her late cousin Becky and Deacon’s son, Little Eric, who’s now all grown up and back on Bold & Beautiful going by the name Deke.
Amber has only come back to Genoa City once since then, to attend Katherine’s funeral in 2013.

So, are you hoping that the mention of Amber means she’ll soon be reappearing on Young & Restless? And if Amber does come back, could Lily trust her to tell the truth about the Chancellor/Abbott deal?
