CBS Y&R FULL [9/18/2026] The Young and The Restless Full Episode || Y&R Friday 18 Full
The Young and the Restless is serving up one explosive storyline after another, and Genoa City is becoming more dangerous by the minute.
Jack Abbott, Diane Jenkins, Patty Williams, Phyllis Summers, Matt Clark, Victor Newman, and Nick Newman are all caught in separate disasters that could collide in devastating ways.

Let’s start with Jack and Diane, because their plan to catch Patty may be the most dangerous gamble of all. Jack has apparently decided to fake a heart attack and check himself into Genoa City Memorial Hospital, hoping the news will reach Patty and lure her out of hiding.
The idea is simple: Patty’s obsession with Jack will supposedly bring her straight to his bedside, where the authorities can finally catch her.
But Patty Williams is hardly an ordinary fugitive. According to the storyline, she has already proven how unpredictable she can be, including the infamous scheme involving Dr. Emily Peterson’s identity.
Now she is reportedly hiding out in dark alleys and talking to her stuffed cat, Mr. Kitty, while plotting her next move. That makes Jack and Diane’s trap extremely risky. They may think they are controlling the situation, but Patty could easily turn the tables.
Things become even more alarming when Jack receives a threatening message from Patty. Instead of calmly sticking to their plan, Jack and Diane suddenly realize that they may have provoked someone they cannot control.
Their attempt to bait Patty could bring the danger directly into the hospital—and possibly put Jack, Diane, and everyone around them at risk.
Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers has created another nightmare by teaming up with Matt Clark. Phyllis believes she can control the situation, but Matt has made it clear that he has his own agenda. Rather than simply following Phyllis’s instructions, Matt reportedly wants to capture Patty himself and emerge as some kind of hero.
Phyllis is horrified because she is beginning to realize that she may have made a terrible mistake by trusting someone she cannot control.
And then there is Victor Newman, turning his attention back toward Nick. Nick is struggling through recovery and dealing with serious emotional turmoil, yet Victor appears determined to decide what Nick should do next.
Instead of allowing Nick to make his own choices, Victor’s controlling approach could create even more tension between father and son.
With Jack and Diane waiting for Patty, Phyllis trapped in an unstable alliance with Matt, and Victor pushing Nick to his limits, Genoa City is sitting on several ticking time bombs. The biggest question is what happens when these storylines collide.
Could Patty walk directly into Jack’s trap—or turn it against him? Will Matt’s attempt to play hero put him in even greater danger? Can Phyllis escape the alliance she created? And how far will Victor go before Nick finally tells his father to back off?
One thing is certain: this week’s chaos is only getting started, and the fallout could be enormous. Stay tuned, because in Genoa City, the most dangerous plans are often the ones that seem completely under control.
